Exploring the undeveloped coves, beaches and islands is not mandatory for a Huatulco vacation but it should be! The fact is that most of Huatulco's visitors will rarely have the opportunity to visit a coastline this unspoiled and beautiful. To miss these special beaches would certainly be a shame.
Probably the best way to get from the tourist areas to these beaches is a water taxi. These boats and pangas depart from Tangolunda beach, as well as from Bahia Santa Cruz. Reservations can be made at the front desk of many hotels, or you can drop by in person to catch a boat without a reservation.
