A minimum purchase of two adult fare tickets are required to qualify for the 3+1 Family and Friends Plan travel offer. All four tickets are each subject to government taxes of up to $115 including the September 11th security fee. Travelers originating in the US must travel together to Mexico and may return individually. Travelers originating in Tijuana must travel together on all flights. This plan may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
