Travel to Puerto Vallarta Mexico
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico a tourist city though it may be, gives access to many small unspoiled towns on the coast to the north. About 45 minutes north by road you get to a town called Sayulita. 5 years ago this was a tiny little fishing hamlet, now it is a bit more built up but still maintains it´s charm, and there´s now good food!
It´s also home of Mexico´s number 2 surfer ¨El tigre,¨ and for good reason, the waves are always good, and sometimes great. Water warm year round and the rainy season only means it rains at night. Farther north from here if you rent a car you can explore countless deserted beaches accessible via horrible roads or tiny little walking paths, there´s also a huge long left break about two hours north of Puerto Vallarta, though I can´t remember the name of the beach.
