Chicago, IL May 06, 2008 – The Mexico Tourism Board is excited to welcome The Chicago Chapter of SITE to Acapulco on June 18th through the 22nd for its annual Educational Retreat., Meeting planning professionals and industry members will gather in this beautiful city and network with Mexican suppliers as well as get acquainted with this new and improved destination which has been a favorite among Mexican and foreign tourists alike.
This year’s agenda is a comprehensive program which includes a negotiation seminar presented by Robert Jacques – world leader in incentive and meeting planning management – discussion panels with local experts, site inspections, and lots more.

Wednesday - June 18
   * Arrival and transfer to The Fairmont Acapulco Princess    * Hotel inspection and dinner at the hotel
Thursday – June 19
   * Breakfast at hotel    * Educational Program:          o Negotiation Strategies to retain the US Incentive Market presented by Robert Jacques.            Robert Jacques is a "real" world leader, and brings over twenty-five years of corporate experience to his workshops and keynotes. He is Vice President and General Manager for AIT, Inc., a full service, incentive, meeting planning and event Management Company. Saturday – June 21
   * Breakfast at the Yacht Club    * Yacht tour of the Bay and Cliff Divers Show    * Lunch and site inspection to Mundo Imperial    * Afternoon at leisure    * Dinner in a location to be announced    * Site inspection and dinner in Casa Arabesque    * Enjoy the night at PURE Nightclub
Sunday – June 22
   * Transfers to Airport for return flights home
